Banana Fry
Ingredients:
| Ripe Banana | 4 split in to 2 halves |
| Rice powder | 1 cup |
| Maida | ½ cup |
| Turmeric powder | ¼ teaspoon |
| Oil | 500 gm |
| Sugar | 3 teaspoon |
| Salt to taste |
Method:
Prepare a thick batter with rice powder, maida, turmeric and sugar with water (Similar to the batter for dosa). Heat the oil in a pan and dip the banana pieces into it and fry. When it becomes slightly brown in color, take out and let the oil drain out
