Banana Fry

Banana Fry



Ingredients:
Ripe Banana4 split in to 2 halves
Rice powder1 cup
Maida½ cup
Turmeric powder¼ teaspoon
Oil500 gm
Sugar3 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method:
Prepare a thick batter with rice powder, maida, turmeric and sugar with water (Similar to the batter for dosa). Heat the oil in a pan and dip the banana pieces into it and fry. When it becomes slightly brown in color, take out and let the oil drain out
